Before you apply.

These are creative Rec.709 LUTs — not log conversion LUTs. If you shoot in a log format (V-Log, S-Log, C-Log), first normalize your footage to Rec.709 using your manufacturer's conversion LUT or DaVinci Resolve's Color Space Transform. Then apply these grades at 60–80% intensity for optimal results.

The correct
workflow.

01

Convert Log to Rec.709

Use your camera manufacturer's LUT (V-Log to Rec.709, S-Log3 to Rec.709, etc.) or use DaVinci Resolve's Color Space Transform node to normalize your log footage to Rec.709 color space before applying any creative grade.

02

Apply One OjeEscapes LUT

Apply a single Oje Escapes creative LUT at 60–80% intensity. This gives the grade room to breathe and keeps the result looking natural rather than over-processed. Do not stack multiple LUTs.

03

Fine-Tune If Needed

Make minor exposure or contrast adjustments only if necessary. These LUTs are designed to require minimal post-adjustment — trust the grade and keep your corrections subtle.
